Positive: The location is central and convenient Negative: State of disrepair, rattling window, dirty, no hooks in the bathroom for towels, loose closet door, atrocious “breakfast” and coffee. Lobby looks like a bus station not a hotel.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Needed a quick room for the night and they came through. Free coffee in the lobby was nice. Highly recommend!

First stay here and last stay. Me and my husband will never book here again. Our room was dirty and had a weird smell to it. The hot tub was very dirty, couldn't use it. and all the towels had stains. Two of Our pillowcases had four long black hairs on them. I even went to the front desk and requested housekeeping. But no luck! So we drove to the nearest Walgreens and brought Cleaning Supplies. I had to Clean the room myself just to stay the night. We ended up leaving around 6 am in the morning. Worst Hotel Experience of our life. Wingate! Please have a important meeting with housekeeping. Or hire New Candidates to fulfill your hotel policy on being clean and healthy and delivering a pleasant stay.

Great staff , clean hotel rooms. Parking lot is full of ice, 7-10 days, very dangerous. Breakfast is hot and fresh, served in a clean environment.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and well attended. The rooms themselves though were also extremely worn down. Holes in the wall, wallpaper ripped, furniture busted. This place needs some TLC desperately but for the price as long as it's clean I would go again but apprehensive what the state would look like in a couple more years.
