Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Schaumburg, IL

We had a great time at this hotel. Pool was actually warm, and the hot tub was nice. Only problem was with the front desk attendant— she assigned us a room then gave another couple our same room. They walked in as our family was unpacking. After squaring that away, the rest of our time was excellent. Great value. Close to store and restaurants. Will return.

We had so much fun. The hotel was super clean inside and out. Breakfast was so great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The price was right. The front desk staff was so efficient and went out of the way all the time. We really liked the rooms. We have come here every year for the last ten years. Wherever we travel, we always at a Country Inn and Suites if one is available and always enjoy out stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and am happy to give it five stars. The service was outstanding, especially from an attendant named Lisa. She was friendly, professional, and consistently had a warm, positive tone. Lisa made the entire booking process simple, comfortable, and stress-free, which made a great first impression. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely return here again

My co worker and I stayed tuesday thru Friday this week. I HAVE NEVER stayed at a BETTER and more attentive hotel in my life. The staff was amazing and tended to us without asking. Luis ,Jose and the front desk ladies were all wonderful. The rates were amazing, rooms were very clean, water makes your skin so soft youll want to stay longer! Breakfast was lovely as well. Thank you to all of you for a stress free stay. Your all amazing people.

This was a Return Visit, from almost 3 years ago, where I remembered the quiet, the very comfy bed, and the great staff. I loved the quiet and the bed this time, too. The fireplace in the room was very nice; had it on every night; looks beautiful and gives off a lot of heat. I love how you can turn every lamp on and off from the Actual Lamp, unlike other places where it's like you have to play musical light switches all over the room just to figure out how to read your book in bed. The jetted big jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice; all jets worked. Hot, free breakfast was delicious. Loved the free cookies in the lobby and the coffee bar. Pool was cool but not too cold; had a nice swim; not too crowded; love the late-night hours for it. Staff is still friendly and courteous. My only i
