Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chicago Schaumburg

Finally found the ideal spot to stay in Schaumburg. Great location, great service, coffee is out early, and hot breakfast included. Rooms are clean, and there is even free access to Life Time Fitness across the parking lot including as part of your stay. 5 Stars and great people working here.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end! We arrived after stopping at the wrong Fairfield (greeting experience were terrible by the front desk of the other Fairfield by the airport). Came to the Schaumburg location and was greeted by Yelena and David, and it was a day and night comparison. They were full smiles as we walked in welcomed us and greeted my family. ||Very attentive to our request which was for a baby crib in our room. It was there within 15 minutes checking in. They asked each time if we were enjoying our stay. This has been the best customer service experience my family have had in a long time for sure.||Rooms were super clean as well and it was no hassle getting additional towels or wash clothes that were needed later in the stay. Complimentary breakfast had good options

I was very pleasantly surprised by how lovely this hotel was. I come back every few months for work and stay in Schaumburg- this will be my go to hotel. The rooms are nicely redone, the gym is fabulous, the hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I thought was a little odd, is that my room faced the street and there is only a light sheer to block out light. I arrived at 11:30p after a long day of travel and the night Manager was very welcoming. He was training a new Agent and I think he did a great job letting the Agent work through the check in. Well done! I will be back soon!

The staff at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly with every encounter from check-in to check-out. The hotel was very modern, clean and sanitized. They had good signage about masking and hand sanitizer stations in all the public areas. I appreciated that. The room was very comfortable, the bed was great - supportive and plush. Lots of pillows and clean linens. The only drawback for me was the scent of the towels and linens bothered me, it was all I could smell and it stayed on my clothes. Of course this is personal and others may not have the same reaction. The shower was good too, nice temp and water pressure was consistent. The room was very quiet and I did not hear noise from other rooms, like water running or tv's, even the hall noise was minimal. The complimentary breakfast

Nice hotel, pool was warm, breakfast was good and room was clean. I loved that breakfast doesn’t end til 9:30 on the weekends. Much appreciated for those of us who like to sleep in a bit.
