Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Schaumburg

Stayed here for a few nights while attending some meetings. Nice and easy to access, convenient and plenty of parking. Staff were all very friendly throughout, room was ok and breakfast offering typical for Hampton but decent enough. ||I did enjoy my stay here but do have to mention something around waste. The brand now doesn’t service rooms each day or offer toiletries except in large dispenser containers- all around waste and sustainability - however - all tea and coffee items are individually wrapped in plastic, breakfast cutlery is wrapped in individual plastic wrapping. It seems to be sustainability - when it suits

There are no complaints about the hotel room. The service was excellent. The only downside is the poor nutritional value and lack of variety of the breakfasts.

We stayed here when visiting family in the area and this will be our new go-to hotel! The people were wonderful all around, from Anthony on the night shift who welcomed me and my elderly Auntie and my two little boys (quite a crew, LOL!) and was so kind to us throughout our stay, to Jason at the desk in the morning who was also super friendly and helpful, to the maintenance guys and more. The main areas of the hotel are super nice and clean; the pool area was nice and warm which was SO nice - hate cold pools and pool rooms! The kids loved the pool and the water looked very clean. Breakfast was SO GOOD - lots of options, fresh waffles to make on the spot, always eggs and potatoes and sausage and they even had hot oatmeal ready to serve, which I don't see much, but loved. Great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Schaumburg! The location is fantastic—super close to Woodfield Mall and easy access to everything in the area.The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond. Jason and Gina were especially friendly and helpful—big shoutout to them for making our stay even better!The breakfast area was a highlight: beautifully decorated for Christmas with adorable little Santa and reindeer figures on the tables, warm lighting, and a cozy atmosphere that really put us in the holiday spirit. Hotel is beautiful! Super clean as well. Service was great! Helpful and got us exactly what we needed. The pool was huge and clean. Breakfast had a ton of options and was hot/ready to indulge. We loved the location! Easy to get to and felt safe.
