Super 8 by Wyndham Chester/Richmond Area

I was surprised … rooms were a lot better than I thought it would be… I am mad at my self for not going there earlier … decent price.. clean room…nice view of Chester thru windows … plenty of food around and can be on interstate 95 in less than one minute… I will return there… well worth the money .

The hotel was average, however the employees were above excellent. The night shift worker was above and beyond the brand. The morning shift employee was very pleasant.

Dirty rooms with roaches crawling everywhere! I told the mgr the next day and all he said is I could leave and find another hotel. Disgusting! Overpriced! No coffee maker in room. No elevator. Gross. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The smell coming from the lobby window smells like dog urine. Not a good first impression. The expired soda in the vending machine will make you sick.

Positive: The location was central to where I needed to be Negative: I encountered a cockroach in my room, smelled weed in the hallways, and the housekeeper left my door unlocked three times. The online pictures don't match reality; only coffee and cereal were available.
