Home2 Suites by Hilton Richmond Chester

This is still very new (new smell). The size of the lobby is impressive! Room is clean, smells great and is actually astetically pleasing; I am very happy we are here. The breakfest is also very good (included). Traveling with my daughter for swim and it helps to have a quite, comfortable place to stay.

Located a short distance off I95. A brand new Home2. Gorgeous! Clean. First check-in. Christina was awesome. I will describe her as someone with a "kind soul". She made sure we were taken care of in every aspect. Second, like I mentioned, it is a new hotel so it was clean and our room was great and stocked. Nothing was missing. Everyone we came in contact with said hello and wished us a good stay which is what we experienced. Thank you for a trouble free, peaceful stay.

For the price, this hotel certainly skimps on a lot of things. We went downstairs to breakfast 35 minutes before the advertised end-time for breakfast, and almost all the food was gone. I asked a worker if they were going to refill anything and he very rudely said "no, we are done cooking." The deck around the pool is incredibly slippery, my son slipped several times. The hotel obviously knows about this, as they had towels spread on the ground next to where you leave the pool, but the tiles throughout the whole room were a slip hazard.

Christina the front desk woman was amazing. She was super nice and helpful. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the great breakfast. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you Christina you are fantastic!

Love where this hotel is, it’s kind of isolated from the main road. Rooms are nice and quiet, lobby is massive. We’re staying on the Home2 side and i go to be the first person to spark uo the brand new grilles in the back so that was awesome too. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.
