Fairfield Inn Richmond Chester

I just wanted to take a minute to show some real love to the team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chester. My stay was honestly way smoother than I expected, and that’s thanks to the people at the front desk. First, Jason — bro was on point from the moment I walked in. Super welcoming, professional, and just has that calm energy that makes you feel taken care of. He made check-in quick and easy, answered every question without making it feel like a bother, and kept the vibe positive the whole time. And to the night audit Tjaye you were amazing too. Your patience, your kindness, and the way you handled everything late at night really stood out. Not everybody working overnights keeps that level of energy and understanding, but you definitely did. Was great stay and staff was wonderful. We will come back any time we are in the area. The breakfast was wonderful. The manager was very sweet.

The hosts were polite & the rooms were clean. The bathroom door was in need of repair. The shampoo container ran dry while there. You would think they could top off the shampoo & conditioner after each customer if needed.

Positive: Room was spacious, bed comfortable, shower step in was ideal and restaurants close. Negative: When we first arrived elevator was broken and had to carry bags to the third floor. Was fixed after we went to dinner.

J and C thank you for the great breakfast service. You two were attentive, meticulous, and on it. Coffee was hot and fresh. Breakfast was stocked. Tables were clean. We’ve been on the road for the last two weeks and spent over 250 nights at hotels this year. Thanks again! Keep it up
