Studios and Suites 4 Less

The only redeeming quality of this place is the nice front staff. They trick you though, because before I even got to my room there was a problem. It was cracked open by one of the employees. He had painted the wall and some of the curtains, and he left his paint tray and ashes all over the room. On top of that there looks to be mold growing under the sink, photo below… we thankfully brought our own bedding, I’d recommend that if you ever make the decision to come to this hotel and would like to sleep comfortably, unless smelly stained bedding doesn’t bother you. I will not be returning and if I ever need a room in Emporia with a kitchenette and have my cat, I’ll just be sneaking my cat in somewhere.

Positive: Leaving Negative: The entire hotel smelt like weed and cigarettes. Then when the first rooms key wouldn?t work they moved us to another room there was a guy shooting up at the door of the next room over from the new one.

Roach and mold infestation don’t stay there. The manager appeared drunk and smelled like alcohol saying it was his medicine.

The owner is extremely rude and doesnt talk to people with any kind of respect, heard him yelling at people over minor things. Looking for a reason to kick people out. My room smelled to the high heavens, EVERYTHING was sticky and dirty. Bathroom was atrocious, you should have seen the door let along anything else. It was a nightmare! Especially after driving for 12 hours, The towels were stained. Bedding was stained and had someone's hair in it. The AC unit looked like it was just about ready to fall apart onto the floor.Never will I ever stay at this place ever again nor do I recommend anyone else either. The guy at the front desk was nice and that's about it.

Absolutely disgusting, and I’m not picky. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels/motels, and this is officially the worst. We had to wash every item of clothing in our (unpacked, just opened) suitcases when we got access because the “non-smoking” room REAKED of smoke and chemicals. Roaches. Stains. Plastic mattress liner. Not worth it at all- go anywhere else.
