Quality Inn

Good afternoon Mr.Patel, Recently I had a visit on December 22 checking into your quality Inn Emporia in Virginia. Unfortunately my experience was not as expected. When I was booking my room I was offered a smokers room or a non-smoker's room. Room 216 has been actively smoked in and I had to immediately leave shortly after checking in due to my conditions. Unfortunately since my stay was not as expected I am writing this email to request a refund for my stay. Assuming that we can process that I can agree to not complete the survey, or publicly advertise my state. I look forward to hearing from you

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, giving me the feeling of wanting to return as I travel this route often to visit family in New York, but live in Florida. You provided a great place for me to rest during this long trip. I am a disabled veteran who is a life-time member and of many veteran groups, such as the VFW, AMETS, DVA, and many more. We travel for events and will be sure to stop at your hotel when in your area.

Positive: Clean comfortable room and bed. Quick check in. Able to park in front of room. Negative: Front desk guy being barefoot when I went to get my key reswipped for 2nd day.

It was a perfect spot to lay our heads. Bare minimal, though. Needs a new bed. TV lost signal throughout the night. Picked up the phone to call front desk. It was disconnected. None of the vending machines work. Furniture by the vending machines. Old matresses by the dumpster. Breakfast is continental. It is pet friendly.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.. The floor wasn't clean, the walls had bloody spots and, the bathtub was filthy (refer to the images bellow). We had to call the front desk for the shampoo, conditioner and hand cream since the bottles were empty and have not been refilled, but the worst part was the smell of the room. Someone who stayed in this room before definitely vomited but they didn't have the decency to clean it truly and properly!!!. Breakfast was okay... I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! IT WAS DISGUSTING!
