SpringHill Suites by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle

I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff really go above and beyond to help their guests. They helped me set up my digital key, answered my WiFi questions, and when I asked about leaving my luggage before check-in, they kindly let me know my room was already ready and let me check in hours early. A special thank you to Anthony for being so helpful and welcoming!!

It’s a little difficult to find the hotel, if it’s getting dark outside. It will help, if you have another sign. ( it might be caused by my navigation )Other than that, it was very good, especially space for bed room & bathroom, built-in chair in shower are very comfortable for wheelchair user.

We stayed here for one night as a family on our way to NYC from Niagara Falls. Room was decent and felt clean. The front desk was super nice and attentive. Nicer than some of the luxury or higher end properties we’ve stayed at on this trip. It isn’t really super close to a lot of food so you have to drive a bit.

I am a long time Titanium Elite member so I speak from experience…..If this is “newly remodeled “ then they are playing with words. Put up a piece of wallpaper? Maybe? Did they use old furniture for their new remodel. No modern outlets for tech? C type outlets? Not even USB? At this point, I am offended that you are deceiving people into thinking this is a newly remodeled modernized hotel! IT IS NOT!! This place has never been good and now I’m pretty sure that it never will be. I’m tempted to checkout but it’s late.

Just left from a weekend with the Marching band. Location was good, approximately 10minutes to Syracuse University. Hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked the half wall dividing couch and bed. The TV was situated nicely between the main sleeping area and the pullout couch/trundle. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was constantly refilled and fresh. Parking Lots had plenty room. Overall, very pleasant stay.
