Homewood Suites by Hilton Syracuse - Carrier Circle

Stayed here for a work trip. This is room 120– nice, comfortable, fairly clean. The places that could’ve used a deeper clean I blame on requirements of staff to turn over rooms too quickly. Would benefit from a deep clean, but wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. Recently updated and the hall smelled nice. Breakfast spread was good and they had flavored coffee creamer which is always a W in my book!

Stayed at this location for 2 nights to visit friends nearby. It’s in an industrial area. We got the sense that this Homewood Suites catered to long term renters utilizing the I businesses in the area. The accommodation was fine, we’ve stayed at cleaner places in the Hilton family but it was satisfactory, most of the staff we encountered were indifferent. They got their job done but weren’t eager to engage. ||||The breakfast had the same offerings both weekend days of our stay: scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, flour tortillas, sausage (links Saturday, patties Sunday) and pork for breakfast burritos accompanied by all the fixings. There was also chia seed pudding, overnight oats, waffles, fruit and nice selection of milk substitutes. I was a bit put off that they don’t offer 24/7 hot b

Positive: Amazingly clean and modern. Staff is helpful and always working. Breakfast buffet was outstanding!!! Even though there is remodeling going on the notification was at the front desk. The construction times were respectful. Free bottled water. Negative: Difficult to maneuver the tv channels.

We stayed here during the snowmageddon in January 2026, and the staff was nothing short of amazing and accommodating. I know for sure some of them stayed overnight, and they still remained professional and pleasant. The breakfast was full every morning- it was just business as usual while NY was blanketed in snow. We even had a mid-stay crisis when I realized, again due to the snow, our travel plans had changed and I forgot to extend our stay and we drove to Rochester for a customer appointment- on the day we were set to check out. I messaged the hotel 10 minutes before check out and they extended us on the spot. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, and our room was immaculate. Beds are comfortable, electronics work as expected, and the kitchenette was very nice. Furniture was also comfortable. The only negative was some staff that were polite but pretty perfunctory. Daytime clerk was much warmer. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and we’ll definitely stay again.
