Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dewitt (Syracuse) by IHG

I stayed here recently for a business trip and let me tell you I had a very pleasant experience. The overall up-keep and the presentation from the initial walk in was great, Ashley who was working the front desk was very kind and greeted me with a warm welcome and was very helpful with the whole check in process. The rooms were clean, comfortable and also the morning breakfast was a nice treat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visit the area!

Took my granddaughter and a friend for an overnight to swim. The room and facilities were comfortable and so clean. The staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Kristie (I think that was her name) at the front desk was great checking us in and letting us know the layout of the hotel, times for breakfast, etc. When we had an incident that required a clean up in the pool area (our fault), Kristie got right on it with a smile, even though I know how inconvenient it was. So satisfied all around.

Fantastic stay! Seamless check-in and excellent service. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. Even before I arrived, Sierra at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful, answering all my questions over the phone. When I arrived, the check-in process was quick and easy. Sierra made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The room itself was spacious and modern, providing the perfect space to relax. The highlights of the stay were definitely the pool and the breakfast selection. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for great amenities and top-notch service!

Checked in January 2nd, 2026. I am traveling for work, and I stay at a lot of hotels. This Holiday Inn Express is clean, recently renovated, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The receptionist, Ms.Nicole, was splendid, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She's a great asset to the IHG hotel brand. I wish every hotel had staff members with Ms.Nicole's friendly demeanor, and that were as knowledgeable and professional as her. I am very satisfied, and should I have any issues which I don't expect to, I will update the review.

Very clean hotel & room as well. Visited during a major snowstorm and the lobby/hall was constantly being mopped. Complimentary hot breakfasts, awesome front desk staff & breakfast attendants, super close to 690 which takes you anywhere in the city…. No complaints!!! P.S. there is no charge for parking unlike other hotels in the city!
