Sleep Inn & Suites Syracuse Airport

I ended up here when there was a snowstorm and I couldn’t go onto my destination. It is a bit out of the way, but was easy to find with the GPS on my car. About 15 minutes from the airport. |The room was clean and comfortable and quiet and I have no complaints. There was a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. It was good value for the money.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. From the staff person at the hotel who made my reservations and answered all my questions, to the front desk staff, to the drivers of the airport shuttle, all were very professional, kind, friendly, and pleasant to talk to. My room was incredibly clean, comfortable and provided more than ample space. All of the public spaces, including the hallways and the elevator, were very clean and even smelled pleasant. It is apparent that all the staff take pride in the standard of the hotel and it shows. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked a second night on my late night return to Syracuse. I had a layover and initially chose this hotel because they offer airport pickup and dropoff. And my flight was delayed, so I didn't get to stay very long. But what a lovely place. Friendly staff, huge, clean rooms with soft sheets and good heat. Lots of space if you need to work or take a conference call. Mine had a jacuzzi tub I didn't have time to use, and decent breakfast options too. ||Note that this is closer to the university and not across from the airport. The people really made the difference.

Hotel was very clean and looked relatively new. Decent-sized rooms with mini fridge, microwave, and spacious desk. Bed was comfy, shower got hot quickly. Breakfast was the typical, very basic, breakfast buffet. |The airport shuttle is on request and needs to be scheduled well in advance. I was delayed flying to Syracuse, and I got in after midnight. Rental cars were closed, and it was too late to schedule a shuttle.|When I checked in, I was told housekeeping is every third day. I was only staying four nights. After our third night, I expected the trash to be taken out and room cleaned, but when we got back to the room that night it hadn't been touched. The restaurant attached to tge hotel needs to have more chicken sauce choices and if orders are for pick up they should offer more dipping sauces..rather than 1 for 10 wings. When checking in the concierge should make a notation in the guest chart that their room is to be clean every day during their stay because I did not receive room service for one of the days I was there and my door was left open after my room was cleaned leaving it vulnerable for someone to come in take my work and personal laptops.
