Hilton Garden Inn Syracuse

Stayed one night here for a fun thing to do over Feb break. My four and six year old were jazzed to hit the pool, and hot tub which was the reason I selected the hotel. The rooms were fine, breakfast was great. Team members were friendly and helpful. However, the pool and hot tub specifically were in poor shape. The hot tub water was cloudy, you could not see the bottom when the bubbles were not on. My entire family got a bacterial skin infection from the hot tub that we had to get treatment for. I called to let them know, and they offered to give me points as compensation but the more I think about it the more frustrated I am. It cost $360 to go to urgent care and more for prescriptions. Very unprofessional experience at this hotel. I was put in room 237 after I arrived and tried to check in. Around dinner time, there was a loud noise in the room and Kim up front informed me it was their kitchen fan and it would turn off at 10:30. And naturally, they had no other rooms to put me. And had conveniently forgot to tell me when I checked in that my sleep was going to be interrupted every night for the six nights I had booked. ||Despite Kim telling me she had issued a refund when I insisted on checking out, I found out later it was one of my lies she and the hotel management conveyed. I had to call corporate many times before they issued a refund a week later. Overall very unprofessional service for an average hotel. I have no idea why they think anyone would want to sleep in a

Terrible. Brought my son and his friend for a little getaway. Room was not ready on time. Pool and hot tub were disgusting. There were globs of hair and debris floating everywhere. The water level of the hot tub was extremely low. Disappointing because I had an injury and was looking forward to it. Details regarding breakfast and check out time on the app and at the hotel were different. Banging all night above us. Room was clean. Staff was wonderful.

I stayed here to celebrate my six-year anniversary with my partner. While the stay began with a few minor issues, the staff were absolutely amazing—attentive, communicative, and quick to address and resolve everything. They truly ensured that our stay was fantastic, which it absolutely was. The room was very clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with stunning lighting, colorful artwork, and tasteful décor throughout the property. The pool area was very well maintained and incredibly refreshing, with heated water and a relaxing jacuzzi. There is a convenience area at the front of the hotel where guests can purchase essentials, as well as items such as juice and snacks, which was very convenient. The hotel also has a re
