Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse/Carrier Circle

Perfect for our 2 night stay! Clean rooms, plenty of room, tons of plug ins for our needs, large bathroom. The breakfast area is Clean and a great assortment of hot and cold food. I spoke to Lora in the dining ara and she was very pleasant!! They even offer gluten free bagels and beautiful display of fresh apples individually wrapped. You can tell they take great pride in every area here.

It started with a phone call to request an early checkin...Colleen the front desk supervisor was on it! She not only said she would see what she could do, she called (as promised) to tell us that our room was ready. We were traveling 4 hours to attend an event at LeMoyne College.||Our king room was extra spacious with a desk dividing the bed and pull out couch. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink was a great touch. Shower pressure made all the difference. ||Breakfast was good - can't go wrong with a waffle bar with all the fixin's!||Will definitely come back - thanks to the front desk team for excellent customer service.

My room was clean, breakfast was good. However after asking for a few minutes later 11:30 for a quick zoom meeting and was told no, Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 1059. They stood by the door for 8 mins until I left which was 1108. Very unprofessional and rude. The room was booked by my company and not my personal gold member account. Sad that i will never stay at this property and inform my company that this place may not be best for us due to this experience.

Just a single night but the stay was very nice. The checkin was very quick and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was updated and contemporary. The only small flaw was that the pillows were very small. The gym was great. Plenty of space and multiple cardio equipment selection. There was a nice pulley machine and free weight up to 50lbs. The pool was great as well. The breakfast was very good, I love the waffle maker! Overall I wish I was there for the whole week. A great stay
