DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Syracuse

Very nice hotel for a day or two. Check in was easy and room was clean. Very nice tavern for dinner choice if you dont want to go out. Breakfast was excellent, they do have made to order omelets. 4 stars for cold temp in the pool, not able to use it. In addition, after breakfast time is up all hot drinks a taken from the lobby area, so you cannot enjoy a cup of coffee/ tea on your way out. Come on...durring the Covid coffe always available. They do have a market where you can buy all the cold drinks but no hot.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! Everything was fine except, we went there for a birthday pool party and the heater was broke. Next time we will call ahead. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was very good. Waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs. The hotel also paid for all of our breakfast, (8 of us) because of the pool heater being broke down. We still had a nice time in the hot tub, and workout room.

This hotel was fine, but it could use some updating. We were driving through and had to quickly choose a hotel. This is when brand loyalty comes into play, but i feel this hotel feel short for the Double Tree brand. ||The location is really convenient off of the highway, and near some fast food restaurants. Since it's close to the airport there is some airplane noise. ||Front desk staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was a nice addition. ||My main complaint is regarding house keeping. There were several long hairs in the bathroom, indicating that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Thankfully the bed was clean. The room didn't have a "do not disturb" door tag. We didn't expect to sleep late so it wasn't a big deal, except that house keeping came knocking 3 times before 8am.

We had to come here last minute and were lucky enough to receive a bed. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. The noise level was as quiet as ever. There is plenty of parking. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The bath is clean and the water temp is wonderful. We did not have a meal here so I cannot rate that. I honestly have no complaints and definitely will come back!
