SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport

I had a wonderful stay at the SpringHill Suites by the Richmond Airport. Everything felt brand new, the property was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I especially want to give a special shout-out to Kimberly, the Breakfast Supervisor. She was absolutely lovely, so friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. She even took the time to prepare a breakfast bag for me to take the morning of my flight, which meant so much. It’s employees like Kimberly who truly make a stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel recently opened a few minutes from the airport, yet we did not hear air traffic. As it is new, the facility is modern and pleasantly decorated. Our king bedded room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The mattress was excellent and the towels thick. The only drawback we noticed is that the sofa which serves as a trundle sleeper was too wide to sit on comfortably. It would likely be excellent for sleeping though. The fitness center is very well equipped. Breakfast included a nice variety of choices. The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept the area tidy. Customer service was stellar.

From check-in to check-out the staff was very helpful and professional. This is a new hotel ( Dec 25) , which offers a comfortable night stay, and breakfast in am. Definitely would recommend to others who have an early morning flight or visiting the area.

Wonderful experience. Clean and nice brand new rooms and hotel. Want to shout out the amazing front desk representative KATE. Kate at the front desk was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and stress-free, answering every question with patience and care. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience. Kate is a true asset to this hotel, and I hope management recognizes her excellent customer service.

This was an amazing stay. We had a one night stay on our way to Florida. We arrived late at night and we were greeted by the kind host Marcona. She noted that I was using crutches and found a room closer to the elevator without me even asking. She was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. In the morning we got breakfast where Kimberly helped us. She was just the nicest. The hospitality of the staff made this hotel!! We didn’t have time for the other features of the hotel but I am sure they are amazing!
