Perhaps my expectations are too high for a hotel that is at it's core, economical; I wish it had stayed as clean and neat as it was when we started staying. The front desk staff is ALWAYS very welcoming and helpful. Definitely willing to assist when we've had issues. When this location opened, it was beautiful - clean, well appointed, comfortable and accommodating. Now, after several years however, it has really gone downhill. The rooms are not cleaned well to maintain that fresh look and feel. The linen is always clean and the beds well made but the bathroom floor tiles appear un-mopped and the carpets desperately need a shampoo. My associates and I visit Richmond several times a month and have stayed at this Fairfield SO MANY TIMES but now, it may be time to experience a different proper

Title: Great Stay, Clean Space, and a Door Lock with Commitment Issues Checked into the Fairfield Inn by the Richmond airport for a quick overnight stay, and the arrival was smooth. Staff got us into a room with no hassle, the lobby was clean, and the upgraded key‑lock technology was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, spotless, stocked, and the walk‑in shower was easily my favorite part. The bed? Extremely comfortable — no complaints there. Morning came with a small plot twist: the toilet decided it had done enough for the day and stopped working. We had to wait for housekeeping to arrive so it could be fixed, so we stepped out for our outing while they handled it. Stayed here the week of 12/14. The whole place was very clean, room was big, comfy king bed, and large shower. Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday. It was awesome coming back from a long business meetings and to just unwind in a clean room with a made bed. The staff were friendly and nice. The lobby smelled amazing. The breakfast always looked yummy, but I was always in a hurry in the mornings and didn't try it. I did hear other guest speak highly of the cleanliness and yummy breakfast. I thought it was a super comfy, clean place to stay!

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Richmond Airport and honestly had a really good experience. Check-in was smooth and quick, and Lateshia at the front desk was super cool and welcoming. Not over the top, just genuinely helpful, which I appreciated after a long day of traveling 😌. The room was clean, everything felt comfortable, and the hotel was quiet 🙏🏽 exactly what I needed. No issues at all. If you’re flying in or out of Richmond, this is a solid place to stay. And if Lateshia checks you in, you’re starting off your stay on the right foot 👍🏽. I’ll definitely be back.
