Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel

I’m staying for work (long stay) this hotel is awesome. The staff up front has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to answer questions, along with helping out. They even (at request of a family member) hooked me up on my birthday. The kitchen staff is amazing. Yes they can be busy at times, patience goes along with that for them. The food is awesome. Yet to have a bad meal. A lot of options in the snack area also. Cleaning staff is super helpful also and does a very thorough job. I’m enjoying my time here for sure.

I have traveled to this location 4 times in the last few months. I keep trying to give it a shot to see if they improved. It appears there is no one at this location that owns any responsibility for customer care. It also appears they operate with the intention of having guests only once and not returning. First, they charge $10.00 per night to park in their lot after they charge $175.00 per night for their room. It is close to an airport, so they are taking advantage of people for no reason. I overlooked that. Then their room service is amazingly disappointing. Not the quality of the food but from the ordering process to the correct order when it's delivered to just the lack of ownership from any staff in the hotel to actually want to fix it. Try to order a drink of any kind off the dinne

I want to take time and share that I had a wonderful experience at the restaura In this Sheraton! A special thanks to Abdulla after the kitchen was closed he was determined to make sure I got some food and made sure it was catering to my gluten allergy even though I was late! Even after cleaning the bar Abdulla decided to make me a drink. This by far was the most wonderful gesture I have received for a while. He wasn’t disgruntled about my order and held a conversation with me as well. Thank you Sheraton and thank you Abdulla

Rooms are really conveniently arranged & pleasant. Our 1st room had a thermostat problem. When it couldn’t be corrected we were immediately moved to another room. Karen personally checked to make sure it was comfortable before moving us. She was fantastic. The entire staff are pleasant but we especially want to thank Karen.
