SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mt. Laurel Cherry Hill

We booked our wedding block at Springhill Suites Mount Laurel for our wedding at the Bradford Estate. It’s a nice easy drive from the venue. The rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby is nice and the breakfast was pretty good. They appropriately gave out our guest welcome bags and everyone at the front desk was always very friendly. My main reason for taking off a star was communication before the event. They didn’t always get back to us with our questions very quickly and we often had to email them twice before we heard back. I also have heard a few other brides trying to book their blocks with them that they have been having trouble with communication as well. We actually chose Springhill Suites because their communication was better than our other option (Aloft), but they wound up not

Positive: loved the rooms, hotel location and the breakfast was fair, truly enjoyed their bold coffee Negative: We stayed Fri. and Sat., our bedding was not made, no clean towels, trash was not taken out and when we complained we were told that no housekeeping service was provided on weekends and that is their weekend policy since 2020.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The hot breakfast was a nice amenity and the selection was pretty fair. I stayed two nights and they updated the menu for the hot items everyday. The gym is small like most hotel gyms, but had several cardio machines, weights, and free water bottles. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. Overall, if back in the area, would definitely consider staying here again.

Local but had a plumbing issue at our house and needed a place to stay for the night until our plumber could get out in the morning. Nice, comfortable room. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Only minor problem was it took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to get the TV on as the input settings must have been changed by an earlier guest.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. There is plenty of parking on site and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. There were a bunch of young hockey players staying there while we were there. While the lobby was noisy, there was barely any noise near the rooms. I enjoyed my stay at this place and will probably stay again when I am in the area.
