Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Laurel/Moorestown

Spacious and comfortable room. Limited services (continental breakfast is included, but no lunch or dinner available, soft drinks and snacks are available at the front desk, no laundry service but there is a self-service washer in the lobby). The hotel is clean and generally well maintained. The rooms have a fridge and a microwave. Bring your own plate if you want to microwave a pizza! You can get Ubereats from multiple places within 30 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly. Aside from the lack of laundry service, it is a comfortable place for a longer stay.

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are stocked with comfortable furniture and very nice showers. The entire staff is polite and do their jobs well. The real star of the show is Jayden at the front desk. He is extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He genuinely takes pride in his job, which is rare, and takes care of his guests. He is a true asset to the Hampton and Hilton brand. Thank you, Jayden, for making a 4 day business trip enjoyable.

We usually stay at this place when we visit family and all was good until our recent visit on friday. We checked in friday afternoon then went to our event and came back about 10:00. upon settling in we noticed a few ants on the night stand and a couple in the bedroom. We took care of the ones we saw and thought we got them all. And checked throught the night. In the morning they were in the chair on the other side of the bed and more in the bed where i was sleeping. The night stand on my wifes side was loaded. Also the bathroom handle was about to fall off and the weather stripping was falling off and causing a trip hazzard entering the room. We left and notifing the staff of our concerns. We are silver members of hilton and was dissspointed on our visit.
