Aloft Mount Laurel

This was my first time staying at the hotel while traveling from Florida, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was polite and professional at all times, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mayan, who was extremely pleasant and had such a vibrant, welcoming demeanor. She truly stood out and made a positive impression. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was! I stayed only one night for a wedding in a king room on the 6th floor. The room was very modern, clean and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The lobby is large and inviting and has a very cool vibe. The staff at check in were friendly and upbeat. The hotel is conveniently located right off the NJ turnpike. There is also Tesla super charging station directly across the street.

Our intitial impression of the hotel was good. The decor is funky, the elevators are fast, and the staff is nice. We also really enjoyed being able to hang out at the lobby bar wayyyy after hours with our friends making noise and enjoying one anothers' company. On the other hand, the rooms are pretty weird there. Hardly any closet space or storage of any kind. No dressers, no luggage racks. Only one small desk chair with no other seating, making spending non-sleeping time in the room uncomfortable. Rooms definitely need a redesign.

We stayed one night here and the experience was great. The person who oversaw check in was so lovely, gracious and welcoming - even though she was quite busy when we arrived. I love the trendy, modular rooms. The bed was super comfy and we had a great dinner at the restaurant next door (a must!). My only teeny tiny complaint - the noise level from the outside is excessive. But I'll say this with two caveats: I'm an extremely light sleeper and the hotel is on a major highway with tons of car engines and other noise. This doesn't take away from the overall service, comfort and cleanliness.

The rooms are absolutely cool looking. The bed was super comfortable. However, after you take in the decor, and really get a good look, the room was in disrepair. Cracks, and bowing ceiling from previous water damage that wasn't quite fixed properly. Paint peeling and wall repairs not done quite right. The room was in need of some repairs or refreshing. Bad enough to drop a star. Otherwise the room was clean, the shower hot, and the room spacious. Customer service was friendly, and the hotel itself accomodating.
