Hyatt Place Mt. Laurel

This Hyatt is incredibly clean and well managed. We visit this location multiple times each year for 5-30 night stays and are always quite comfortable. The GM, Tim, is a nice guy that knows how to establish and maintain a happy place/group of people.

We had a really nice day at this location. We came in just for one night for a wedding nearby at a campground that we decided we didn’t want to stay at but was very lovely anyway (Camp Dark Waters). ||From the check in to check out everybody, there was accommodating and helpful very friendly. The room was very good size very affordable and very, very clean. All the amenities were there (although the single serve coffee makers they have in those rooms are extremely cheap and worrisome when it comes to an electrical overload)||it’s a really lovely area and the street that the hotel is on is full of other hotels with people coming and going from various areas for various functions. I would definitely stay here again

Very disappointed in the staff and how they handled my check in. I reserved my room through World wide of Hyatt. Thinking everything was set with the total cost of our 5 night stay we found out at check in that the Asian guy who spoke horrible English did not add in the cost of pet cleaning. When booking the room I told this guy numerous times that we were bringing our dog in order to make sure he put that in with the cost of the room. Also he told me it was $75 but in check in it was $100. Then he never mentioned being charged $200 for incedentals. So that had to be added in to the final charges at check in. This extra unexpected $300 kinda set me back. It was very stressful and the whole time the girl at the front desk acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. After 1 hour trying to fig

One of the nicer hyatt house i been to of the 100s. Great hot breakfast, better quality fruit and freshness than a typical Hyatt a place , have good water filter, basically very well stocked. Effective and efficient, everything works seamlessly, clean is very clean and no chemicals smell, highly recommend this place.
