SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

The staff at front desk is rude and unfriendly. During my stay i lost an electronics grooming bag in the room which i last used in the room and therefore i called in to enquire about it. The front desk sounded reluctant and initially told me they need to wait for the manager to come in next day. That's ok i thought and waited patiently for manager to show up. Next day there was no reply from the hotel. So I called in again and this time another person at front desk said they need to check lost & found and will update me back whether they found the item or not. Hours went by but nobody called in for 3rd time now and now i was told a colleage called me back and left a message. This is blatant lie because i was at my phone waiting eagerly and never received any response back via text or call

Positive: The staff was very kind. Tasteful in their jokes and very personable. Negative: Breakfast was very limited. Though we did appreciate the gluten free muffins.

I have been traveling with Marriott for nearly 5 years. I’ve had wonderful experiences in most other hotels. ||||The springhill suites in Addison/quarum Texas was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.||||Worst Staff I’ve Ever Encountered||||I have never, in all my years of traveling, experienced a more infuriating, disrespectful, and downright humiliating stay than I did at this disaster of a hotel. ||I drove from Tampa, Florida to Addison Texas to visit family. My son and daughter who are 21 and 20 took my other children ages 17,10,7 to the outdoor pool while I went to the gym. I stayed while traveling for work. Checkout was quick and painless. The front desk associate was very friendly. Hotel was clean and centrally located to where i needed to travel. I ubered everywhere so i can't speak on the parking.

The hotel seems a bit dated, but overall ok. Missing electric outlets on nightstand, but there were 4 USB charging outlets, which,given the choice, I’d rather not to use . Room space was more cramped than at other SpringHill Suites I’ve stayed. They are still doing room cleaning every other day upon request During Christmas week the hotel was almost empty All the front desk Staff was very attentive and polite, anytime day, night and very late at night. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏 Plenty of restaurants nearby We would come back
