Holiday Inn & Suites Dallas-Addison, an IHG Hotel

The first room we were sent to the pillows were skew and there was a telephone cord lying across the bed and the temp controls didn’t work. We called down to the front desk and said they would bring us up another key. Fast forward, 12 minutes later while we are still standing in the hallway with all of our belongings on it cart and no one has shown up. My husband went to the lobby and they hadn’t even started to program us a new key. The people behind the desk are often on their phones and don’t take their headphones out when they engage with you. So rude! A gentleman in the elevator said when he checked in, the bed was not made, the pullout couch was still pulled out and messy the TV was on. Wow!! The staff was wonderful! The bed was comfortable but that was all I can say about the hotel. The suite was living room was very uncomfortable with broke down hide-a-bed couch and chair. The kitchen had nothing such as coffee mugs, paper towels any essentials. There was only one coffee Keurig. And no extra pillows or blankets. Thank goodness the bed was comfortable. Not sure why the breakfast was not a complimentary buffet, paid for a cold basic breakfast. Will not return to this location.

Positive: Nothing really Negative: The room was extremely outdated! No linens for sleeper sofa, pillows or blankets, plus the sofa was in very bad shape! The thermostat was hanging off the wall the main light whisch I?m not sure what it was didn?t work in the only bedroom

Absolutely amazing! Best stay I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn. Beds and rooms were comfy and clean. Laura at the front desk is an absolute treasure, so friendly and hardworking! Linda is the best cook ever! My breakfast was hands down better than any expensive restaurant! I will be back! Forget those hotels downtown Dallas, this place is it! ❤️

This is my first time ever stay at Holiday Inn and the impression was so great. Check in is easy with $40 deposit. The room even don't look brand new but it was clean and very organized. They also offer 2 bottles of water complimentary per stay. About the restroom, I have to give them more appraisal because it cleaned, looks fancy with light back of the mirror. Moreover, they offer DOVE products shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap. I dont know if others Holiday Inn is perfect like this location or due to the Addision location but with the price $60-$70/night, Holiday Inn at Addison won over Courtyard By Marriott. Definitely come back when we come to Dallas in the future.
