Absolutely WORST place I've ever stayed, completely run down and disgusting. We tried to get a refund immediately and we were denied because we used a third party app to book. So we stayed anyway. we were threatened with a $200 fine if we smoke or vape on the property. Not in the room... on the property. We were woken up at 10am with a gas powered power washer on the door mat pumping exhaust fumes into our room. I took a video and was immediately cussed out and told by the workers that I'm not allowed to take pictures. Went to the office to show the problem and was told there is no way exhaust could get in if our door was closed and that it's "working time". All of our clothes smelled like gas. On top of all of that THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME!!!!! And told me it would be 3-7 days before my mo

We tried this location since it was closer to our location this trip….. They hold your deposits, for longer than any place I’ve stayed at firstly. Second there is NO PARKING. They are right next to a busy hookah bar that overflows their parking lot at night, leaving you to park down the street and walk. Breakfast actually Is NOT provided at this location either. Front desk was slow and rude, we waited an hour in the lobby to check out. We will continue our business with Sonesta down the road, MUCH better rooms and service and they charge $5 nightly for parking so they guarantee their guests a place to park AND my deposit was in my bank same day.

Positive: The staff are professional and kind. Negative: I do not enjoy that there is no ventilation system in the rest room and there’s constant mold accumulation in the toilet and on my ceiling

The rooms are kept clean and housekeeping does a superb job, they are really nice ladies. The management team is polite and always helpful. I wasn't real fond of the location and they seem to have a lot of regular residence that live there full time, some of which looked a bit shady. I used the laundry room to wash a load of clothes and was so shocked when I found a very small baggie on top of the washer with white residue in it. Of course this is only a guess, however, I think we both know what it was! Front desk staff did regular walks around the property so it makes me believe that they know what's going on. Maybe they want to keep a full house. I stayed there for 10 days on my recent move to Dallas and had my two dogs with me. First dog is free second dog was $15 a day. I feel like th

I stayed at this location while traveling out of state, just trying to get some rest during a long road trip with my children. The room itself was nice and clean, but the hospitality was completely lacking.||I was treated with clear disrespect by the staff—they were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. On top of that, I was charged a deposit I wasn’t supposed to be charged, and when I brought it up, no one offered any real explanation or solution.||The lack of basic courtesy made an already exhausting journey even harder. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone who values respect and proper customer service.||Do better, Red Roof.
