Americas Best Value Inn Addison Dallas

The front desk people are rude, besides charging a 20$ deposit which is not on the receipt and not giving the deposit back upon leaving. I will NEVER return here. 82 dollars a night is ridiculous for s 3 star hotel. Pass this place up unless you are desperate and want to be robbed by the front desk and treated like trash. The name of this hotel is a lie.

Staff was not the friendliest but did work with us even though we booked through trip. Com but it said nothing about the their platform not using trip.com and it didn't knock it off since I didn't lose no deposit yet he has to pay deposit and so that we can no longer be strip that come there in fact the next morning they said they no longer accept online reservations

Positive: "" Negative: States there's continental breakfast, there was only coffee and pastries. States there was cable, there was only digital local channels. Police with lights and sirens at 3am. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night.

Positive: Smoke free clean and good service Negative: Breakfast not there as we thought. Just cookies and nothing else to eat

My experience went well...Great 😃👍. Wonderful staff and Respectful. I had a clean room. Freshly painted. Beautiful Glass shower door. Plenty of lights to flicker on beautiful lamp. HOLY BIBLE in my room.... And since I'm a Christian I was so EXCITED TO SEE THAT. WOW😁👍👍😁. ITS VERY CLEAN AND A QUIET PLACE FOR TRAVELERS!! I LOVE IT. The only thing is a blue tint screen tv. Alot of Sports networks and a few other cable channels. Other than that it's Nice here. From my experience. My room was on the 2nd floor so I can't speak for others but only From my experience. All u have to do is ring the bell and someone will come help. .This is my 2nd week here. Nice Clean 😁 And Quiet Atmosphere!
