MainStay Suites Addison-Dallas

I stayed here for a weekend getaway and was blown away by the service. From the moment we arrived, Ishman at the front desk made us feel like VIPs. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect, just a 3 minutes walk to the train. I will definitely be returning!

This hotel was horribly maintained. The front desk receptionist was nice but it took some time for my reservation to show up, it wasn't instantaneous. My daughter and I were tired and to have to wait for our reservation to pop up was a little frustrating but that was no big deal. The front desk receptionist lady was nice and very pleasant. However, the elevator was broken, and we were placed on the second floor, so we had to walk upstairs. I didn't even bring all my stuff upstairs; I left some stuff downstairs in the car because I didn't want to have to carry all my stuff all the way upstairs. the hotel itself was very run down and was very old. There was a weird smell in the hallway. The tv in the living room area of the room didn't work and they couldn't figure out why. The person they h

Typical 3 star hotel has a few pluses: all rooms have a kitchen! Location is great, lots of eating places within a block or so. Negatives: the "business center" is a cubby with a monitor only. "Breakfast" is a poor imitation of a coffee bar and store bought pastries, no juices, no waffle makers, no hot foods.

Positive: "" Negative: the t.v. was not working. there were holes in the wall. There was no breakfast as advertised. a mere minuscule muffin was it. not even coffee.

I have stayed at the Mainstay Suites in Addison, Dallas many times, and it is an excellent hotel. The front desk associates are very professional and always take great care of the guests. Throughout my stay, their cooperation and service have been outstanding. The elevator is well maintained and works perfectly. Thank you for the great experience—I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Dallas.
