Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

Read this before you read other reviews. I stayed at this hotel for Oktoberfest 2025 in McKinney. The manager was super nice. He waved the fee on the parking. The refundable security deposit was a lot, but I feel it was worth it. The hotel felt almost empty, but it didn’t feel like there were any disruptive people. The rooms were super nice and newly renovated compared to the other hotels nearby. Although the rates were a little high. I trust that the atmosphere was what any sane person would want, peace and quiet. I will definitely be coming back to Addison to stay at this hotel again 😎 Shout out to the manager for his many years of service. He truly is the main reason I stayed at this hotel.

Clean hotel. Beautiful hotel. There were a few questionable people around, but nothing that would turn us away. My daughter loved the restaurant next door! Super convenient! Disappointed that the pool was pretty dirty. We got completely unpacked and settled in and as soon as we turned on the shower it soaked the whole bathroom floor and some of our clothes. We had to get extra towels to clean it up. The lady at the front desk was very nice and offered me a different room and breakfast for my family. That was appreciated! There was a maintenance worker immediately working on the shower, so I know they had it fixed.The laundry services were down, which normally wouldn't have been an issue for me, but this time I definitely could have used it to wash our wet clothes. After traveling 5+ hours

Hotel has been nicely renovated both in rooms and lobby area. Had large outside pool area and a decent gym. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and short ride to galleria. Would very much stay here again.

I have never heard of a refrigerator that has a two hour timer! You have to start it every two hours. So much for anything you want xold!! No water pressure! Bathroom Sink did not drain. And no complementary water in the rooms! Its downstairs and you have to ask for! At least the ice machine worked. Horrible experience.

This hotel is a very good option if you can get past the idea of paying $20 to park. The employees are all very nice and the rooms, while a little dated are still very clean and the hotel itself is located in a nice area with plenty of eats and treats nearby. With all that said-$20 to park is outlandish and such a rip. You get a parking lot that has very dim lighting and no security. This parking charge is a total scam. The parking company even added a convenience fee on top of the fee to park.
