I’ll start this off by saying this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in (yes, even the shower and floors), and cleanliness is huge to me. I’m not sure if it’s new or recently remodeled but even the room smelled clean/new. I stayed in one of the king bedroom suites for a week and worked from the room a lot of the time so it was important I had a full kitchen along with plenty of space. The 2 closets were nice, along with having an AC/heater unit in the main area as well as the bedroom. I also appreciated how there was a door to the bathroom from the room as well as the kitchen/dining area. The breakfast was your typical hotel continental breakfast, so no complaints there. When we walked in to the hotel and went to the check in desk, the woman behind the desk was very welcoming and friendly. Our king bed room was spacious. It had a full size fridge, microwave and sink. We had to turn the fridge on at first. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side. It had a shower with glass doors. It had shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but no shower gel. We had to use the little bars of soap. There was also a big bottle of lotion in the bathroom too. The scent was a bit strong for me. There were a lot of surfaces to put your items if needed. There was a small open closet area with an iron and ironing table as well. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The towels were also replaced daily. There is breakfast included with your stay.

Positive: Good quiet location, friendly staff, pretty clean. Stayed here for the 7th time. Negative: Breakfast had down graded. We know what it was like before and it?s not the same now. Less hot sandwich options and no more single yogurt cups with various flavors.

Had a great stay here. The personnel are friendly and inviting. The front desk Angie is so sweet and accommodating. The only issue was the towels are very rough needing softener. The area is full of walk to restaurants and entertainment. Very quiet even with the airport behind them. Never once heard the planes landing. We will be staying any trip to Dallas.

I’ve stayed here 3 times on business trips and am equally impressed each time. The rooms are impeccably clean and the staff is so customer service oriented. They have also done a nice job putting together mixers for us or shuttling luggage to our office. Really appreciate the extra touch! The sheets are also super soft. Great hotel would stay again.
