Residence Inn by Marriott Bloomington

This place was wonderful! The two ladies at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. They made me and my family feel right at home. The room was very clean and nice. Every member of the hotel that we met was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again and recommend to everyone! What an amazing hotel and staff!

Very clean hotel with many amenities. We were just traveling through so only spent one night,but we would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. Exercise room was open 24 hours. The check in front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs, sausage, egg white omelettes etc.

This place is fairly new! The staff was awesome! The room was very clean and comfortable! The pool is perfect for someone with young ones...it does not have a true deep end, kids could touch! It had plenty of comfortable new patio furniture!! Breakfast was delicious, so many options and the ladies taking care of it were very professional and attentive!! We would definitely recommend this hotel!! Good job Marriott!!

Just stayed here last weekend. I travel often for work but this was a family trip for Parents Weekend at ISU. Overall, a great stay. Hotel room was nice and clean and I got a good vibe the moment we walked in with a friendly staff and a clean and updated lobby. What was really special was hotel making fresh omelets one day and then the next day pancakes. They even had a cold coffee bar which my wife took advantage of. Made our stay here that much nicer. Special thanks to Tammy the GM who was greeting guests and her front desk staff who were all very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back. Thanks for the great stay!

The hotel itself is very nice. They refused to refund me for a large suite after I initially booked the wrong date. I changed the date and did stay at the hotel earlier than I had initially planned. Absolutely ridiculous they would not refund me. It took them two days to even respond to my cancellation. I understand it is technically my fault, but come on, this is absurd. On a side note, there were dog feces absolutely everywhere. This is a nice hotel that will go downhill very quickly with its current staff. I will never stay here again. Edit - I have never written another review of this hotel, let alone one cussing you out. Wow, classy group.
