BW Signature Collection, Parke Regency Hotel & Conference Center

We had our office holiday party at Park Regency Banquet center. The place was great to host our event. Food service was excellent! Uma & Praful were great to work with & accommodated all our requirements. On the day of the event, we did need couple of more items & they provided it with a smile & helped out till the end. Park Regency is a great place to host your event. Would definitely recommend this place

Positive: The service was good and food was fine. Negative: When, we arrived there were ant in the bathroom on the first night. Then the second night we had sheets that had a blood stain on them. The guy came up and corrected, said they were going to give me a refund, I'm still waiting.

Chose this hotel because it is one of the BW Hotels and I am a Diamond Select member. Our experience was fantastic. The room is super spacious!!! My family and I really loved the hot breakfast from the cafe. We stayed here once before two years ago and I am pleased to say the quality of service remains consistent. We will visit here again when visiting the area.

This will be our last stay. Our room didn’t have a phone which meant he had to go down to desk to talk to them. There were no bedside tables or lamps. Paint had dribbled onto shower door. It looked old even though I suspect the owners are doing their own upgrades — never a good idea. We complained but got no resolution The front desk was empty when we arrived with a sign that said back soon. Empty like no one there. Breakfasts were mediocre I could go on but I won’t. Don’t stay here unless there are no other rooms in the city.

The staff here have all been a Blessing to me, I feel comfortable staying at this Hotel.The breakfast is good.The front desk staff and Housekeepers have been very attentive and caring of me as a guest here. Thank you may God Bless this business richly for his Glory !!! Amen 12/16/25 As of today all the sudden this hotel charged me $763. My account was negative due to this. I have been staying at hotel Dec 5 th current and when they extended my stay they put hold on my card , but that should have all been paid, and they let me make a reservation on dec 14 I paid for that Dec 15 ,and today they charged my card $763 . And the whole time I kept asking the staff at the desk for receipts every time I extended my stay and they kept telling me they didn't know how to give me a receipt. And now a
