Extended Stay America Suites- Bloomington - Normal

The person who greeted us was very attentive. Upon arrival, we realized something wasn't right because there were bags piled up behind the desk, and we guessed they were clothes because the door to a laundry room was open. They never mentioned how to connect to the Wi-Fi, nor did they mention that the rooms didn't have a single kitchen utensil, much less supplies for taking a shower. However, they left us next to the building. Everything seems scrupulously clean, and we relied on Google reviews, understanding that it was a family-run place. It seemed more like a place for temporary workers to stay. It was a quiet night, and we left at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, the desk had a closed curtain, reminiscent of a business. Stayed here for the 3 three months, for work. The staff here makes you feel like you're home. Brandy, one of the managers, always brightens your day with her smile and friendly words. The whole staff is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to give you a helping hand. I travel for work 8-10 months out of the year. I make sure to stay at this hotel whenever I'm working within an hour from it. 10/10

My stay has been exceptional due almost entirely to the professionalism of the staff, especially the manager Brandy. It is clean and safe and everything works in my room. If I need anything the staff is quick to assist me. And they never complain about the heavy packages I have delivered! My work here will be done soon, but there will be more in Bloomington in the near future. When that time comes I will not even inquire at any hotel other than this one.

Staying at this hotel in the midst of a busy work pace was a relaxing break for me. Everything from breakfast to room cleaning was perfect. General Manager Brandy's kind attitude and solution-oriented leadership are reflected on the whole team. It is very valuable to receive such a warm welcome after the chaos of the business world.
