DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington

The room was beautiful but it was hard to tell if it was cleaned or not and upon arrival my room door was open. After I wiped everything down we had a pretty nice stay. We stayed in the penthouse suite room 501 and it was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. We received a warm cookie upon check in which was a very nice touch. We didn’t get to explore the hotel because the room had everything including a fireplace but while checking out I discovered a few hidden gems. I will definitely be back but hopefully next time the maid service will actually make it to my room before check in.

Very clean and well maintained property. I've been here many times for conferences but this was my first time staying. Rooms are really large and very clean. Staff is helpful and kind. I didn't know about breakfast the first day and thought it was just a restaurant but the next day went and saw that there were many options for breakfast. I really like the digital check in and key. I only had 20 min from arrival to get to a meeting and it was great to be able to go straight to my room without stopping at the desk. I loved not having to keep track of a key and just use the app on my phone.

We decided to book a room last minute for a quick staycation getaway and was blown away but how amazing the staff was and how beautiful the room was as well. Definitely coming back here again. The room was clean and so was the entire hotel.

Positive: Friendly staff, comfortable bed Negative: No… maybe a little bit more parking space, but that’s sort of a nit (we got back from a concert and had to park a bit far for our liking)

Rooms were clean. Amenities were fantastic. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. Would highly recommend it for your next stay.
