They don’t care if you lose a job or your income change, don’t work with you. They care more about money than fixing the trailer. They are not honest people, they lie and take you to court every chance they get. Place is built cheap but they claim it’s 60,000 on the lease, you sign a 2 year lease. They don’t accept any outside funding or financing to help with rent, they maintenance men don’t fix anything just act like they do, I have over 10 request since being here for 6 months and they ran up my water and sewer bill so my rent went up and they claimed they meter wasn’t broke but it was, they snuck out here to fix it and lie about it but got them on the neighbor camera. Even tho it’s they fault and I refuse to pay rent, they will still take you to court but end up breaking my lease earl

A giant corporation bought this mobile home park and since then they've raised their rent every chance they get. Some seniors here are paying over half of their social security just for lot rent.

I’m editing my review. We have lived here since 2018 and I really hate leaving reviews like this but I feel like if I don’t, everything that is wrong with our unit will continue to deteriorate. This property has changed hands at least 5 times since we moved here. We have fallen through the cracks, dealing with a back porch that has been deemed unsafe and unusable for over 2 years among several other issues with our unit. This is the final straw. Maintenance came through without our permission to mow our lawn along with the other buildings we share our yard with. They dumped all the dead grass firstly all over our driveway, then when I complained about it, they gathered it and dumped it in front of our house, killing the grass underneath. Left it there for over a week. Wouldn’t remove it.

We have only lived here since October after being lead on for three months and living in a hotel. This place is probably the worst and most unprofessional place I have lived. We have had a maintenance request out for 2 months and after paying our rent they added a bill and a late fee on to our account. This whole thing has been a nightmare. The only half decent employee that had was Ashley Tonya and Cristina. This place is a disaster avoid renting or buying from this place at all cost

Changes! Professional office staff can help you.... Save on a mortgage with a new or used home or even a private remodeled home, plenty available! The main sign and the snow plow guys could use a little help but all in all a great place.
