Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington-Normal West, IL

My visit was during a time of below zero temperatures outside. Inside this hotel, from the lobby to halls and the rooms was warm and comfortable. My room was spacious and the bed was a mix of softness and firmness which made for a restful sleep. The breakfast offerings were tasty and warm, though I didn’t opt for any of the cold/cereal options. More importantly, the service was impeccable and formerly and inviting. It felt more like visiting a friend’s home rather than a business. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Good price, but once again, my room needs repairs. Rm 214 Bathroom faucet NOT attached to the sink!! Windows were not closed properly, so winter wind was bellowing into the room when I arrived. The toilet was not attached to the pipe, so it shifted from side to side every time you sat down. The mattress was so old and soft in the middle, I woke up several times a night with lower back pain… On the positive side, Staff is friendly, breakouts hot and tasty.

It's a great place. Great rooms and lovely people that work there go out of their way just for you . The breakfast was amazing!!! The price was very reasonable too. They allow animals too. Front Desk Agent was great. Very kind and helpful. Dena was always cleaning or helping others.

Don’t stay here… first of the pool was FREEZING. Even my kids couldn’t swim and they can usually handle cold water. Second off the tvs didn’t work and to top it off we found a bed bug in the morning on our mattress…. They weren’t going to give us a refund until my husband demanded. We now have to take precautions on cleaning to ensure it doesn’t spread in our house. DONT STAY HERE.
