The staff was pleasant, but the overall cleanliness of the establishment beyond the lobby was atrocious. There was feces in the hallways and trash scattered throughout the stairwells. I had to request clean sheets and a broom just to sweep out my room. The pool did not appear clean either. My flight was canceled, so I only needed a place to stay until the next day, but the conditions were very disappointing. I would recommend staying somewhere else. For $89, I suppose you get what you pay for.

A New Standard for Long-Term Living at Ramada Staying long-term at the Ramada has completely changed the way I think about extended lodging. It’s honestly a better experience than renting an apartment, and it introduces a new, modern concept of living that’s both convenient and surprisingly comfortable. Unlike traditional apartment rentals, there’s no stress about utility bills, maintenance, furnishing, or long leases. Everything is included and taken care of—Wi-Fi, housekeeping, fully furnished rooms, security, and hotel-level amenities. It’s truly a “move-in and relax” experience. The rooms are designed with long-term comfort in mind: spacious layouts, practical workspaces, and kitchenette options that make everyday living easy. Plus, having access to hotel facilities like the gym, lo

I’ve stayed at hundreds of properties around the world, often in places with hygiene standards that are very different from that in the U.S. But I have NEVER been to a place as disgusting as this Ramada (which seems to go by lots of names, including Windsor Locks, Hartford North, and Bradley Airport, a confusion that makes it difficult to appreciate the scores of negative reviews out there because they’re distributed among the names).||My teen daughter frequently plans surprise getaways and typically does extensive hotel research. But this was a day-of hotel change to accommodate a last-minute itinerary modification, so in the rush she didn’t do her usual due diligence. We are budget travelers to the core, reasoning that we get to take more trips if we stay in cheap places, so we have stay

The price is great! They are fully staffed and courtesy. They have a pool and the lobby is very clean. However, in all honesty, there needs to be a day of DEEP CLEANING. Spiderwebs and dusty walls and stair case. Stained window curtains and bed sheets. Bathroom vents revealed other room arguing very clearly. And the stained towels I really did not like! Luckily I keep face clothes & towels with me. And even pillows and blankets to throw on top of theirs. Oh and I really disliked the “hot” breakfast thru offer. Only thing hot is one waffle maker for entire hotel. No eggs. Only protein was protein peanut butter bars & that’s not good protein and some ppl allergic to nuts. No dairy free options if I recall for the cereal. And only orange juice no other juice alternatives. Just very basic but

Best way to describe this hotel is catfish for a hotel!!! Seems like only front was updated. Rest of hotel scary, outside doors didn't lock so anyone could walk in, they didn't attempt to shovel or plow with snow except for very front lot. We paid extra for breakfast and what they had was a joke 1 thing of white bread bagels 3 types of cereal and 1 waffle maker for over 140 rooms! They were out of butter, cream cheese and muffins. No juice, yougart, fruit, protein, eggs and only could prob fit maybe 10 people to actually sit to eat Ice machines broken, very loud hotel you could hear everything, had no extra pillows blankets towels,
