Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Airport

The room I had was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt safe knowing that the front desk was vigilant to people coming and going out of the building. the location was perfect and plenty of amenities within walking distance if needed. Booked a two-room suite for my son and I during our road trip. We brough my service dog. No problems given from anyone about my dog. Perfect for the inexpensive night's fee and a place to sleep for the night.

I stayed here tonight and the old female associate request an 100.00 dollar deposit from me, there's nothing in their policies that requests any 100.00 dollar deposit to stay here and I'm now thinking about hiring an attorney for racist practices. I'm keeping my receipt cause everywhere I checked in their policies it didn't mention a 100.00 dollar deposit. I made reservations through Hopper website and even there it didn't mention any deposit. The room was on and it does need a thorough cleaning.

Good enough. Had microwave and fridge. Bed squeaked. Close to eating places. Close to highway. Don't expect breakfast. Clean enough. Plenty of parking.| I might stay again if in the area.|Quiet location. |Don't do what I did and look for country rather than county.|GPS found it easily.|

Basic for the price. You get what u pay for. Stained walls in tbe room, not very "clean" looking. And the security fee of double the cost of the room takes way too long to get back as tomorrow is day 7 and I still have yet to receive it. No other hotel has taken longer than 3 days to give me back the deposit. Tomorrow if it doesn't come we enter another weekend of "payments dont process on weekends"

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty floors,counters ,shower all dirty. The bed,curly black hairs no kidding!! The nightstand was so sticky that my phone actually made a sound picking it up. Disgusting. I didn't dare use the window unit for fear of what it would blow into the already disgusting room. I didn't have the highest expectations for the price but this level of filth ? Gross (Didn't even bother to use,touch the towels so can't comment) the hallway carpet was so dirty that you could feel it walking -with shoes on. Its next level gross and I get that the description of feeling it with shoes on wouldn't make sense, unless you have walked on the carpeted hallway then you would understand. If you have a choice of parking somewhere safe and sleeping in your vehicle or staying the night here c
