Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks / Bradley Intl Airport

I rented a room with a king size bed, the toilet had a leak so I reported it. It took them 4 days to move us to another room. The woman who works nights is very unprofessional, rude and uneducated. I asked her for 2 clean towels and we reported the leak and she never did anything. The morning front desk lady was very helpful. The breakfast needs more choices, the rooms need to be updated to be up to par with the other hotels in the area. This is a good location they just need to put in the work. It was quiet at night and there was no loitering.

This is by far the worst hotel i have stayed at. Dont usually write reviews but this hotel needs to be shut down. The rooms ars nasty, there was roaches. Underneath the sink is mold and peeling, toilet had stains and bathroom was just pure disgusting. The whole hotel smelled bad and filked with dust and pollution everywhere. I could not even breath at times. Please if this is the last hotel availa le avoid it like a plaque.

My other hotel I booked in Enfield overbooked and wanted to charge me more than the price online I reserved and was supposed to pay at the Hotel. So I decided to come back closer to the airport for my early flight home, and the Lady at the desk didn't gouge me on Valentines day. I was in Connecticut for a funeral and they made it feel like home. Great water pressure and clean rooms.

The room had a large stain on the bedspread. the room smelled like cigarettes and the walls were covered with dust. The furniture was chipped and the door was missing on the cabinet. there was mold around the tub and the heat/ac was filled with dust. The lamp shade had a hole in it and the picture wasnt in the frame it was falling out. never again!

We arrived at the airport at 12:30 in the morning and the hotel provided a shuttle for us for a party of six from the airport to the hotel and then the following day provided a shuttle again for us from the hotel to the airport to get my car rental. Shuttle service both ways are free. Clean rooms good hot shower free continental breakfast. Nothing fancy here just a good clean place to stay and move on. Oh and there's a 24-hour McDonald's right next to it that my kids and grandkids enjoyed and the hotel is just a mile away from the airport
