This might seem small to others, but when you travel for a living, details like this matter. I chose to spend extra money to stay at this hotel specifically because it advertised having a guest laundry facility. As a flight attendant, when I have to purchase my own accommodations, I rely heavily on the amenities listed on the website to make practical decisions. I live out of a suitcase for work, and after eight days on the road without access to laundry, this was not just a convenience it was a necessity. I intentionally booked this property over more affordable options because the availability of a laundry room was a deciding factor. Positive: Warm friendly staff Negative: 1. Security: side entrance (closest to street) door did not lock, walked to restaurant and when returning came in through side entrance where door was not and could not be locked. 2. cleanliness of lobby could have been better kept.

Listen, you really cant go wrong. Its 10$ a day for airport parking with a free shuttle. Room was clean, adequate, and totally passable. We had a very early flight and didnt want to drive during an ice storm so stayed here. It was such a good decision. We stayed maybe ten hours but it was well well worth it to not risk missing our flight. Shuttle was on time and helpful. Cant go wrong honestly even the parking alone makes it a sick deal. (First two nights free w stay 10$ each additional night.) Peter at the front desk was very nice, kudos. If youre flying out of Bradley early its the easiest way by far.

Overall, the hotel is sufficient for an overnight stay because of a late flight. However, the smoke alarm started to beep in the middle of the night. The desk attendant was prompt to fix it, but it makes me wonder what else is not maintained in a timely manner. This is a serious safety issue, especially since the room was on the 3rd floor.

Rooms were updated, spacious and clean. Desk staff were friendly. Shuttle to airport was easy, runs every 30 minutes. The extras: like fresh water, coffee and tea in lobby, nice sized fitness center , full size soap, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. I loved the separate sink area from the shower and toilet!
