I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, where quality is clearly a top priority. From check-in to check-out, every part of my stay reflected professionalism and genuine care. The room was well-designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The quality of the bed, linens, and overall room setup made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. I appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to rest peacefully. The service was equally impressive. Staff members were attentive, polite, and quick to respond to any needs. Their commitment to providing excellent service showed true hospitality. Overall, this hotel delivers quality in every aspect — comfort, cleanliness, and customer service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

Definitely turned around the vibe at this location, cleaner, and quieter. Everyone feels the need to complain but price considered… five stars. House keeping was very helpful. I didn’t catch his name but I will to praise him. Went out of his way to make my stay comfortable, promised new towels did that AND made sure to let me know. Great hotel, breakfast was good wasn’t a lot but still good. The room was very welcoming & comfortable. The FD agents are fantastic specially the guy that works overnights I think his name starts with C tall light skin guy with hair very friendly listen to my needs & is very attentive to his customers. Give that guy a raise Fantastic Worker!

The hotel’s name is different, and it lacks other amenities. It is currently under construction, resembling a ******* structure. The nearby dog’s barking is incessant, and the bathroom bed is visibly soiled, necessitating my body to close it. Furthermore, the safety lock is compromised, and upon requesting shampoo and rinse, I was informed that they were out of stock and would be provided in the morning. However, the condition of the amenities at this establishment is even worse than at the general station, and they are equally unclean. Despite its nominal price of $10, this hotel is not suitable for guests.

Basic Amenities with Infrastructure and Noise Concerns. My recent one-night family stay at Hotel IState was mixed, characterized by a fundamental lack of ambiance and a significant in-room issue. The overall appearance of the building contributed to a dull ambiance, and the entire facility felt like it had a very basic, motel-like feeling. The infrastructure was just fine, but the overall look and feel of the building was not good. The room quality was unsatisfactory overall. While the bed was acceptable for sleeping, the experience was significantly marred by the loud air conditioning unit. It was clearly an older unit, producing an excessive, disruptive noise that sounded like a starting jet engine. This noise created an unpleasant time in the room and impacted the ability to rest comfor
