Orlando Marriott Lake Mary

Positive: "" Negative: The room was disgusting! There was hair in the shower and on the towels, the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned after many stays, I even wiped up a smudge on the floor and a towel instantly turned brown.

I just attended an event at this hotel over the weekend and the hotel staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to provide wonderful, friendly service with a smile. A special Thanks to Norman, Miosotis, and Rocia, who were so friendly, kind and helpful! And to the Chef who prepared delicious vegetarian and vegan food for the event. Everything was wonderful! The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and well-appointed. I would definitely recommend!

We did a day stay because our flight was delayed. Checked in at 11 AM and out that evening. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Jay Balanay the Bell Captain was particularly kind, helpful and funny. The room was clean and had a large mirror which we girls always like. The pool looked beautiful, but because it happened to be a very chilly day we were unable to use it.

My wife and I recently stayed there on our C2C ride across FL. The hotel is conveniently located just off the trail. The rooms are modern and well lighted. Roomy. Quite delightful. The hotel has been updated since I last stayed there maybe 20 yrs ago. One change much for the worse is the worst Concierge/Club M offerings I've ever encountered at any Marriott --and I've stayed at a few over the yrs. The evening offerings were greasy spring rolls. There were some grapes, but the stems were thick and impossible to break or cut w/o a knife, tho none was available. Very odd. I left and ate at a nearby Indian restaurant. I tried breakfast--nearly as bad. One could find real eggs at the omelette station, but no one to prepare an omelette The oatmeal was 90% liquid, 10% oats. And, as always, Marr

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott in Lake Mary, and I can’t sing enough praises for Josh at the front desk. Arriving on an early flight, I was understandably exhausted and a bit anxious about not being able to check in right away. However, Josh turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a delightful one. From the moment I approached the front desk, Josh was warm and welcoming. He kept me informed about the status of room availability and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable while I waited. His positivity was infectious, and he genuinely seemed to care about making my stay as pleasant as possible.
