Hilton Garden Inn Orlando North/Lake Mary

I have been coming here while getting some renovations done on my house, which is about 10 minutes away. The location is great, as it's quickly reachable from I-4. It's super close to shopping, dining (you can walk to Cava!!), and Downtown Lake Mary, which is super charming especially if you catch the Saturday morning farmer's market. There's a nice walking trail that traces the road by the hotel where you can walk your dog if you like to travel with your pup. The hotel is dog-friendly (for a fee) and has plenty of parking (unless you happen to be there during Little League season or some other event). The rooms have been refreshed earlier this year, so they are in good condition. But the STAFF!! That's what gets 5 stars for me ALL DAY!! Every single person who has greeted me at check in h

I’ll never stay at this hotel again due to the appalling treatment my coworker received. He called to inquire about room availability, and the front desk person deceitfully informed him that there were no rooms available. However, they did have several rooms available, and he was able to book and check in without any issues.||Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed when he requested an early check-out because his assignment had concluded earlier than anticipated. Despite this, they charged him for the entire stay. They claimed that he would be charged for the full stay because check-out time was at 11 am instead of 12 pm. It was evident that they were unaware of the fact that we had three other guests staying there and other coworkers staying at different Hilton properties. They could have

Positive: Lovely hotel. Very modern and clean. Negative: No airport shuttle, no included breakfast, no safe in the room. No coffee available except luring in the room.

Location is great close to many restaurants, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. My shower and bed had hair from the previous guest so I rated lower but the staff was kind and helpful with transportation and restaurant suggestions. Tasha at the bar is WONDERFUL.

We booked our wedding across the street so it was convenient for us to have a room block plus the bridal and groom suites. However, throughout the weekend, many guests reported that doors were not closing properly or locking properly. Sadly one of the rooms that we used to store some of the wedding stuff had the expensive special edition Disney Star Wars Darth Maul Lightsaber that I had gifted my husband for our wedding day in which there was a photo shoot with it. We made a police report the morning after the wedding when we realized it was missing. Later that week we got a call from the investigator while on our honeymoon that the hotel's district manager refused to comply with the subpoena for them to see the security cameras so the investigation could not go any further.
