Hyatt Place Lake Mary/Orlando-North

Convenient location near the highway and a safe property. The room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Nice room to work and relax. The only issue I noticed was that the shower head could use an upgrade. The check in process was okay. The young lady at the front (red/burgundy hair) did her job but I've definitely had more warm, welcoming check ins at Hyatt in the past. Maybe it was an off day for her or she was spread thin and that's okay, she's human. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this location. I will return there.

I stayed at this hotel chain with great experiences before, but this one was not good. I was expecting a great stay, but the hotel is under FULL RENOVATION, so there is no breakfast, only some bananas and bagels, coffee, and tea. I was calling for many hours to mention that I was arriving late, but no one answered the calls. | The rooms are ok, as usual, but we have to spend another $170 in breakfast somewhere else, so definitely they need to be honest and place in the main page for everyone to see, there is no breakfast.|The front desk was friendly.

I stay here almost every week and it feels like my home away from home. The location and hotel are amazing, especially after the renovation , but the staff here are what keep me coming back every week. Persephone, Zaae, Robert and Liz are truly amazing! They are very welcoming and always so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and the wonderful people that work here!
