La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Mary

This was a great location for our trip to Orlando. Right off the highway, but quiet and secluded. The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and professional. I even had a staff member bring a toothbrush to my room one night when I called to ask if they had them and another night I asked for an extra blanket and they brought it to my room. My only (minor) complaint was that the breakfast staff were not always on top of it: they ran out of yoghurt every day; the eating area was sometimes messy (tables with crumbs) and dishes sat empty. Despite this minor inconveniences, I would totally return to this location!

First time using this La Quinta and possibly the last. We have used many different La Quinta locations in the past and this was by far our worst experience ever. Our check in process was quick, easy and painless. The young man that had checked us in gave water and and freshly made chocolate chip cookies. As soon as we got on the elevator and notice all the peeling paint. Get up to the 4th floor and wallpaper is peeling off the walls, there was a crushed up cigarette on the floor and we also saw what appeared to be mold in the ceiling. Then to enter room and at first glances one thinks it’s a real nice room. Well you start to notice things. Thing like torn curtains, ripped bedsheets and a used coffee from previous guest. I want to take the time to write an honest and thoughtful review because this hotel truly deserves recognition for its outstanding customer service. In a world where people are often quicker to complain than to praise, I feel it’s important to speak up when a place consistently does things right.||||First and foremost, the customer service here is some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff is welcoming, patient, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. From the front desk to management, you can tell that they care about the experience of their guests and take their responsibilities seriously. Jim at the front desk, in particular, is absolutely perfect for his role — kind, warm, professional, and always ready to help. He makes you feel welcome the moment you walk

Positive: It's a decent place but the cons make me never want to return...Toilets are awful. Hvac loud. Can't keep fan on... Negative: They recently shut off option for constant fan on ac units. The option is there, was told for "environment" reasons. W/o fan, road noise is extreme, can easily hear rooms next to you, ac on and off all night. Way To much nasty spray smell everywhere.

Ryan and I had an absolutely fabulous experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The property is beautiful, the scenery is peaceful, and you can really tell there’s pride in how everything is maintained. People sometimes focus on small, insignificant details, but honestly, there is nothing negative to say here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. It truly stands out. We noticed some recent improvements outside — the landscaping looks amazing! The new plants, updated signage, and overall curb appeal make such a difference. It looks like they’ve brought in someone new to handle the landscaping, and whoever is doing it is doing a fantastic job. Everything looks fresh and vibrant. As a local who comes by often
