Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Mary/North

I stayed at the Courtyard Orland Lake Mary/North hotel in August for a business trip. My stay was fantastic! The customer service that I received from the entire staff was above and beyond. I interacted with Cristina the General Manager, Anthony, Mike, Ken and Lizette and everyone was super polite, friendly and treated me as a valued guest. I enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi and they were both sparkling clean. My room was spacious and quiet. I had a balcony room on the 3rd floor away from the elevator and ice machines.

I rented the event room for my daughter Birthday Party and I must say from the beginning getting the contract done with Mr. Nelson Garcia who made the process so easy and understandable! Mr Garcia customer service was excellent and exceptional! I want to thank Ms. Lissette and Ma. Laura for their excellent and exceptional customer service on the day of the party! I was all over the place and those two ladies help me to be calm and the party and day was amazing! My Daughter Enjoyed Her 13th Birthday Party! Thank You Courtyard Marriott for having Excellent Workers Providing Exceptional Customer Service! I am Grateful and Thankful For Everything! Thank You and God Bless!

Positive: Room was nice, price was good. Negative: Hot tub closed by health department warning sign indefinitely. Spent 4 nights and half the time there was zero TV at all due to some technical problem

While this is an older hotel it was very clean and the staff very welcoming. My room had a very damp smell and was very humid. Even running a diffuser for hours didn't help much. The light fixtures were rusting and the towels felt damp. Obviously something is going on with the air conditioning and needs to be fixed. On the upside, the mattress was very comfortable. The doors slamming all night didn't make for a good night's sleep though, but that has more to do with inconsiderate people than the hotel itself. It was very convenient to the airport and would definitely return.
