Home2 Suites by Hilton Lake Mary Orlando

Came for work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The customer service is top notch. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet style. Great way to start your day. My dogs enjoyed the walking trail so much. It was great to take a walk and decompress in the evening. Morning walks with coffee we're lovely. Hotel seemed very busy, but my room was very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. I look forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful hotel that looks and feels brand new. Very modern and stylish decor and the suites are very spacious and clean with everything you could need, such as a full kitchen. Location was great with nice views and close to many restaurants and shopping. But the best part of my stay was BeBe at the front desk! I checked in on Thanksgiving Day and thought the staff may have been a little bummed that they were working the holiday. I was totally off base because BeBe could not have been any nicer or more welcoming! She has a wonderful and caring friendliness about her. She is truly an asset to this great hotel and I want to make sure she knows how much I appreciated her! She is truly a hospitality professional! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lake Mary!

Wow what a hotel. This hotel design of every need for a vacation or business is the Best in Class. They accommodate every possible need ie. Brand new refrigerator, micro wave, coffee machine, separate sink, dishes and cups, large tv. Room is beautifully decorated. Breakfast in the morning with numerous fresh coffee choices. The staff trained and managed by Meghan(GM) is outstanding!!

We traveled to Lake Mary to attend our youngest nephews wedding. We have stayed at other Home2Suites so we knew we would be happy but everyone here was so awesome it made for an incredible stay. I booked through a third party website and they messed up my name so the hotel didn’t have my reservation, after several minutes on the phone with the third party Tia figured out the problem. She was awesome! Got us checked in, beautiful room on the fourth floor. I was concerned about road noise from I4 she said you can’t hear it and she was right! After night number two we were so tired that we decided to stay another night. Free parking, free breakfast 24 hour coffee and tea. Also, we only planned on two nights so needed to do laundry, they have a guest laundry located in the workout room it was
