Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary At Colonial Townpark

Stayed two nights. First night we took a shower and the temperature of the hot water is not enough hot for us. It was more feels like luke warm. Next morning I went to front desk and told them about it. So she (i don’t know her name there was no name tag) said once their maintenance in she will send to my room to take a look while we’re out. When we got back to our room and I walked in to the bathroom I knew right away that someone was in our room so checked the shower right away to see if the water will be hotter than before and yes it was. They adjusted the temperature which was awesome. It was our first time had trouble something like that. Beautiful hotel in great condition and very modern. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well appointed. Bebe at the front desk could not have been nicer. She was working Thanksgiving day, and even while working the holiday she was so kind and friendly. Truly a huge asset to this beautiful hotel! Thanks BeBe! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the area!

This hotel is horrible. The shower was absolutely disgusting—grime, mildew, and clearly not cleaned properly. It was bad enough that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I asked for a new room and the shower was just as bad. I had to go to target to buy flip flops to use in the shower. The gym is just as unacceptable. Not a single cardio machine works. Every piece of equipment was either broken or out of order, which makes the “fitness center” completely useless. Between the filthy bathroom and a non-functional gym, this place falls far below any reasonable standard. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Positive: Amenities Negative: They ran out of food and milk on christmas morning at 8:30 am. Breakfast was listed as being available until 930. Shantel Arrived at 9 and tried to restock the cold items.

Extremely Disappointed – Not the Hampton Quality I Expected We just stayed 7 nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary At Colonial Townpark and were very unhappy with the experience. Not once during our entire stay did anyone come to clean our room. We had to constantly go down to the front desk to ask for basic things like toilet paper and clean towels, which is ridiculous for a week-long stay. On the second day, we brought it to their attention and were told that we were supposed to let them know if we wanted housekeeping every day, otherwise they only clean every other day. Fine. We specifically told them we wanted daily cleaning after that conversation – and still, no one ever came.
