MainStay Suites Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia

I recently stayed at Main Stay Suites and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and attentive to every need. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bed was cosy, ensuring a restful sleep, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. I also appreciated the quiet environment, which made my stay peaceful and relaxing. The location is convenient, and the overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return in the future!

I very much enjoyed the stay here. Rooms are spacious with a lot of amenities and storage. Very clean. The kitchen came with everything one would need to do anything, from cooking, cleaning, storing, eating, and disposing of a meal. The manager and staff are exceptional, always very helpful with a smile on their face. It's convenient location is very close to 3 different Wawa's, a Walmart, several eateries, and much more. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

It’s a crack hotel. There is nothing redeeming about this hotel. Choice is the the brand to choose when you don’t care about your hotel because despite what they say, there’s no brand standard. Not at all. Choice is just as bad. They know about the dump hotels. They just don’t care. The police are at this hotel every night. Since the outside doors don’t lock, crackheads come in and pass out in the stairwells. My son encountered this! The parking lot has crack bags strewn all over it. This is a typical Choice hotel.. It was a nice property when it was another brand. Choice has no brand standard and this is what you get.. Beware.

The staff here were friendly and very nice, even if they weren’t responsive to issues. I wasn’t going to leave a review until I saw one left only a week ago (when I stayed here) that mentioned the gym being a great amenity and the hotel responding as though the gym was open. I checked out 10 days ago. The entire time of my stay including the day of checkout, there was an “out of order” sign on the gym. Other amenities listed are not included, including cookware, enough utensils and plates (we had one fork), the business center (no fax, no computer, no printer available), a toaster…which we really needed! The hard floors were sticky, the carpet and couch were bloody, and when I discussed issues with the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. About the blood and burns on the couch, I was told

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so helpful & caring. The location is nice and close to Walmart & places to eat. The rooms vary they have a studio and rooms with extra bedrooms which is great if you have kids or want to share a room with friends & family. They have everything you need in your kitchen with full size fridge. Its like a mini apartment! & super clean .Its my home away from home. Come check it out here you'll love it! Management is excellent staff is great!
