La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia

Don’t book at La Quinta I repeat don’t had the worse experience!!!!! Me and my bf stayed at the hotel Saturday-Wednesday we paid at the hotel when we got there but our last day was Wednesday we wanted to stay another night so Wednesday I booked the room through Priceline because it was a deal going on. We had no issue around 3 o clock me and my boyfriend got woken up out our sleep to house keeping just barging in the room we had a sign on the door dnd they didn’t knock or nothing just came in the room. The front desk lady accused us of smoking around in the hotel mind you we would go outside to the smoking area to smoke on the side of the hotel !!! we would come back inside smelling like marijuana so because smell like marijuana had to get kicked out? they were spraying us with Lysol and w

Everything was fine until I left for the day. I had the "Do not disturb" sign on my door until I left about 9 or 10AM. When I returned late that night, the room hadn't been cleaned and, when I asked the front desk abut this, they said it was because housekeeping only checks the rooms once (apparently early in the morning) and, if the sign is on the door, they bypass it. I explained to them that, upon leaving the room, I took the sign off the door and GREETED THE HOUSEKEEPER who was cleaning 2 rooms over. I didn't understand the mystery of me leaving the room for the day and it not getting cleaned. To add to the weirdness, I asked for a set of clean towels and was given a plastic garbage bag. I was then directed to bring down my old towels before they would give me a new set. I mean

LOVELY!!! Every single front desk employee was gracious, informative and sweet! All of them.Thats unheard of,except for this place.Kudos to you! My room was nice and quiet. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. From the start, the experience was unnecessarily frustrating. It took multiple attempts and significant effort just to reach a live front desk representative. Upon arrival, we were informed of a $75 deposit that had never been disclosed beforehand. After waiting the full month as instructed for the deposit to be returned, I followed up and was then told the charge was kept due to alleged smoking in the room. This claim is completely unfounded. I have a medical condition that prevents me from smoking at all. When I requested proof or any form of documentation to support this accusation, none could be provided. Retaining a deposit without evidence is unacceptable and feels deeply unethical. Additionally, the breakfast offered is not wor

Positive: Nothing Negative: The pungent odor of thd room. The sunken mattress. The exposed wiring. The bugs! Locking the front door to the hotel... who does that? The front desk personnel! Customer service at it's lowest. I want my money back!!!
